The Leica Stellaris is a highly capable confocal which has been specified to meet the needs of many experiments, including mini-screens, imaging more than 4 channels, F techniques and fast tile scanning and z stacks. However because it can do so many jobs we have created a list of resources to help you get the best from the machine:
White light laser –
- Using multiple fluorophores:
- Overlapping Fluorophores and unmixing including video
- Weak signals
Imaging tiles, well plates and rare events.
- Navigator intro
- Autofocussing
- Different sample types, automated imaging including multiwell plates and chamber slides
- Tile Scanning
- Z stacks
- Tiling & Z stacking of larger samples
F techniques
- FRET and FLIM (using Tausense)
- FCS
- FRAP and FLIP
