- Volocity is a commercial software that used to be developed by PerkinElmer but is now owned by Quorum Technologies.
- It is used for deconvolution and making 3D measurements
AIR Licenses
The facility has two ‘complete’ licenses for Volocity which are on dongles. Complete means they cover the modules Visualisation, Quantification and Restoration. One of each are on the image analysis workstations, Holycow (the workstation currently physically available in CG06) and Cleopatra (accessible remotely).
