- Symphotime 64 is a data acquisition and analysis software made by Picoquant.
- It’s used for analysis of fluoresence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), fluoresence cross-correlation spectroscopy (FCCS) and fluorescence-lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM).
AIR Licenses
The facility has two licenses for Symphotime which are on dongles. One of these is on our confocal system, Bumblebee, which has an attached second computer which runs Symphotime for acquisition. The other dongle is on one of the image analysis workstations, Hullabaloo.
